Frequently asked questions

  • How often are you in each location?

    We try and be in each location at least twice a month but during the period November to January each year we tend to be in Bedfordshire more than in Portsmouth.

  • Do you charge a call out?

    At present we don't charge to visit Portsmouth marina's or Bedfordshire addresses. Futher afield there would be a small call out fee but we will inform you of that before visiting.

  • Can you use my old cover to make a new one?

    Sometimes it's not possible to use a old cover as they change shape and can be damaged. We will assess the stretch/damage and advise you if it is possible.

  • Will I get my old cover back?

    Unless you specifically request to have your cover returned, we don't return old covers. If you wish to have your cover returned you will need to advise us before we quote as this may affect the cost of your new cover. 

  • Do you visit locations outside Hampshire and the Home Counties?

    We can but we will have to charge mileage to visit you.

  • How long will I have to wait?

    When you contact us we will advise you of our current waiting times and how long we expect the project to take.

  • Is any job too small?

    No job is too small! Please get in touch!

  • Do you do bespoke items?

    Most of our jobs are bespoke! We will discuss your requirements with you and arrange a time visit you to measure up/make a template.

  • How are you environmentally friendly?

    We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible, though it is not always possible. We have recycled fabrics available and try to reduce landfill as much as possible.
